If your order hasn’t moved in over a few days or is late, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.

Free Shipping: Free for orders over $100(included);

What is the processing time?
The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

We are 100% sure that you will love your rrebecasglamboutique purchases. But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us via rrebecasglamboutique@email@example.com within 48hrs of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions.
We will provide you with an exchange or store credit for items only where: items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
items have not been worn, damaged or washed; we are notified within 48 hours upon receipt; items are sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Note we only offer exchange or store credit.
As you can understand for sanitary reason’s we are unable return/refund personal products such as Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order we sincerely apologize, we have strict quality assurance techniques to ensure this does not happen.
If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to rrebecasglamboutique@firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Store Credit Codes:
- All store credit codes are emailed including the code, the timeframe it can be used, and the date it expires. Once your store credit expires, it can only be renewed one time. Store credit lasts for 2 weeks from when it is sent out to you. After the timeframe , it is VOIDED if you don't use it during that time. There's nothing else we can do.
